FAQs
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use only natural, breathable fabrics like cotton, mul, bamboo, and silk—gentle on the skin and kinder to the planet. We avoid synthetic and fossil-fuel-based materials.
Where are your garments made?
All Keymti garments are designed and handcrafted in India. We work closely with local artisans and small workshops to bring each piece to life through slow, ethical processes.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes! We try and focus on sustainability at every stage—from fabric selection to packaging. We use eco-friendly materials, natural fabrics, and low-waste production methods wherever possible.
Are your garments handmade?
Yes. Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans using techniques like hand-block printing, embroidery, and crochet. This means slight variations are natural—and beautiful.
How do I care for my Keymti garment?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent, and air drying in shade. Natural fabrics last longer with a little extra care and love.
What does “Keymti” mean?
'Keymti' means 'precious' in Hindi. To us, every garment is precious—crafted with care, rooted in tradition, and made to be cherished, not discarded.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept only exchanges on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Since most pieces are made in small batches, exchanges are subject to availability.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product has a detailed size guide. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us with your measurements and we’ll help you pick the right fit.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
We’re happy to discuss custom sizing, personalized touches, or bulk orders for special occasions. Please get in touch with us via email or our contact form.
How is Keymti different from fast fashion brands?
Unlike fast fashion, we focus on quality over quantity. Our fabrics are natural, our styles are timeless, and our production is slow and intentional. We create clothes meant to last.
How often do you restock items?
We produce in small, mindful batches to avoid overproduction. If a product is sold out, it may be restocked based on fabric availability. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
