RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Keymti, we take great pride in the quality of our garments and the care with which they are made. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your pieces reach you safely and on time. However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
While we do not offer refunds, we’d be happy to arrange an exchange or offer store credit if your order meets any of the following criteria:

You’ve received a garment that doesn’t match your order.

The item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- You need a different size in the same garment.
Please note, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

International orders

Customized garments (size, color, or other changes)

Sale items

Minor irregularities in texture or color, which are part of the handwoven, artisanal nature of our products
- Slight color variations due to different screen displays

- Reason for exchange (please include photos if there’s a defect or mismatch)
Once our team reviews your request, we’ll reach out to guide you through the next steps. If approved, we ask that the item is returned within 10 days from the time we contact you, to the address below:

Exchange/replacement product can be delivered in 7-10 days.
Please ensure the item is unused, and that all original tags and packaging are intact.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
We kindly request that you double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful after three tries. If you need to correct your address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away and are unable to accept cancellations. However, if an item becomes unavailable before it’s dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
